After a positive test reported on Thursday (the first since December), the Health Center reported another two tests run, but also reported them as negative. Meantime, statewide numbers continue to surge with 9700 new cases reported in the last 48 hours. But, there were 13 new deaths reported during the same time (along with 29 reclassifications).
