Bid must include a copy of a valid photo ID.
Beaver Island District Library reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
The Contractor’s responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with the Director to procure an appropriate replacement door and associated hardware (and a replacement jam if necessary). In coordination with the Contractor, the Library will purchase the door and associated hardware as well as any installation supplies that may be required. The scope of the project is to be pre-determined through meeting with Library Director. Please contact the Library for more information.
2. Installing replacement door and associated hardware in a workmanlike manner that does not impede normal operations of the Library more than is absolutely necessary. Any damage that occurs to the Library building or grounds as a result of the Contractor’s work is the responsibility of the Contractor to remedy.
3. Touch up painting, trim work, etc. associated with the installation of the new door.
4. Ensuring that all job-related debris is promptly removed from the Library property and properly disposed of.
