The Beaver Island District Library is managed by a board with appointees from each of th eisland’s townships.  It meets on the third Thursday of each month. Agendas, minutes and other board materials are in the board section of the BIDL website.

The Waste Management Committee oversees the operation of the Beaver Island Transfer Station.  It has members appointed by both township boards. It meets on the third Tuesday of the month. Meeting agendas, minutes and other materials are posted on the township websites.
